The only problem with the Forms is if it's a long form (like yours), you have to manually "tweak" the embed code to make it bigger. Otherwise, people will need to scroll through the form. And while scrolling wouldn't be a problem for MOST people, you'll find parents and/or students who won't have a clue. Consequently, they'll never get to the "submit" button at the bottom of the form, and their data will never be collected.
